Nourishing Grape and Maple popsicles or Bolis| Plant-based

This has the be the easiest and tastiest recipe that is perfect for both popsicles and Mexican bolis. Bolis are a staple during summer in most Mexican homes. They are just popsicles in a plastic baggy like an Italian ice. I usually fill up my popsicle molds first and then use the remaining mixture for bolis.

For this recipe, you will need seedless black grapes, lime juice, and maple syrup. You can substitute the maple syrup with any liquid sweetener of your choice, like agave nectar or honey. For a healthier alternative, you can omit the sweetener altogether and they will still come out delicious!
