  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt, ( and some for sprinkling on top)*optional
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter cubed
  • 2 tablespoons of cold milk

  2. Add cheese, flour, and salt to a food processor and pulse till combined. add butter and pulse again till it's crumbly. Add milk, and pulse till dough forms.
  3. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface. Roll as thin as possible into a rectangle then transfer to the pan.
  4. in the pan cut into 1inch squares. I used a pastry wheel to cut it and it made the process so easy, but a knife will work. Use a toothpick or the end of a chopstick to make the hole in the center of each cracker. Optional; sprinkle with more salt.
  5. Bake for 17-20 minutes, till a golden brown color is achieved. Let cool. Enjoy!
  6. Store in an airtight container.
